As an EMEA HR Administration and Payroll Specialist with Spanish, you will join our HR Operations team in Kraków and support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on Spanish-speaking stakeholders and employees. Working closely with local HR teams, you will ensure accurate employee data management in Workday and help deliver a high-quality employee experience. What you will be doing

• Employee Lifecycle Management - Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, international transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
• HR Administration & Data Management - Maintain accurate employee records, process HR transactions in Workday (including EIB mass uploads and compensation updates), manage HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Payroll, Time & Benefits Administration - Administer time and absence processes (including maternity, paternity, sick leave, and other leave types), coordinate local employee benefits (health insurance, gym allowance, Edenred, etc.), support payroll-related activities, quarterly bonus updates, and journal postings in collaboration with Payroll and Finance.
• HR Systems & Reporting - Support local HR tools and platforms (including El Corte Inglés and Tramit app), prepare employee communications, HR reports, and monthly reporting for external providers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to process improvements.

What you need to succeed

• Languages - Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.
• HR Systems & Technical Skills - Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Communication, Organization & Collaboration - Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, a customer-focused mindset, commitment to delivering a positive employee experience, and the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

What we consider a plus

• Additional European language skills are considered a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with local HR systems, tools, and platforms.
