Take a look what your main duties would be:
- Position is responsible for daily availability management of teams of engineers, including administration of availability tools, demand to capacity planning and skills to geography analysis;
- Balance engineering workforce by skills, shift and geography in order to successfully deliver service to customers;
- Plan and manage vacation and training schedules effectively to meet daily availability goals;
- Solve internal escalations due to resource problems (e.g., skills, availability) in collaboration with the Territory Manager and FSC Service Coordinator;
- Actively manages ad-hoc projects and owns project deployment for the designated territory;
- Responsible for project type of preventive maintenance, scheduling and their execution in order to prevent penalties;
- Manages overtime: reporting and approved overtime claims, OT reduction etc. in accordance to country laws and regulations in collaboration with Territory Manager;
- Manage parts usage and service parts returns (NTS), loaned parts and PPK adjustments; Contributes to the review and revision of appropriate parts inventory levels (TSRP);
- Maintain ES, QuickBase and other databases to ensure accurate management information is available to FSC and Field Teams;
- Responsible for working effectively with other organizations and individuals - Territory Manager and Field Support Centre (FSC) Team Leader in designated territory;
What we expect from you:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Fluency in speaking and writing of Spanish and English language
- Familiar with Excel and analytic tools like EDW, Tableau...etc
- Perform rotational duties as required
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to manage daily communication such as e-mail and respond in an appropriate timeframe
- Advanced knowledge level of Windows OS
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude
