Why This Role Matters

As a Fleet Back Office Agent with Spanish, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration and execution of Goodyear Fleet Services operations. You will be responsible for managing fleet contracts, maintaining accurate master data, supporting billing and invoicing processes, and providing operational support to fleet customers, service providers, and internal teams.

Working closely with Front Office Agents and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality service, optimize business processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Goodyear's fleet operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end administration of fleet contracts, including customer and vendor setup, contract loading, pricing maintenance, vehicle uploads, and billing configuration in SAP.
• Maintain accurate FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) master data, ensuring customer, vendor, contract, pricing, vehicle, and fleet information is up to date.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing by performing pre-invoicing validations, resolving invoice queries and claims, and supporting month-end close activities.
• Process fleet updates, mileage administration, customer bonus calculations, and customer requests related to pricing, invoices, fleet maintenance, and sales orders.
• Support operational processes by monitoring SAP jobs, maintaining vendor and self-billing settings, handling intercompany transactions, and validating service provider invoices.
• Perform quarterly FOS regression testing, maintain system settings, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate testing activities across the assigned cluster.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and acting as the cluster's subject matter expert for billing and pricing.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, operations support, or a back-office environment, including at least 1 year in a Fleet Back Office role.
• Experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused team player with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
