ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bilingual Insurance Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will support an independent insurance agency by managing day-to-day policy servicing and client operations across personal and commercial lines, using EzLynx as the primary AMS.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with prior insurance exposure who are comfortable working with multiple carriers, handling quotes and requotes, and maintaining accurate CRM records in a fast-paced, virtual environment. A key part of this role is serving Spanish-speaking clients directly, in their preferred language, over calls and written communication.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Bilingual Client Communication

• Answer inbound calls professionally in both English and Spanish
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, renewals, and policy updates
• Serve Spanish-speaking clients in their preferred language, building genuine rapport
• Handle general inquiries and route licensing-required questions to licensed staff
• Manage client emails and written correspondence in both languages

Insurance Quoting & Requoting

• Prepare new business quotes and requotes for personal and commercial lines across multiple insurance carriers
• Gather prospect information and complete initial quote intake
• Prepare and organize quote information for licensed staff review
• Assist with ACORD applications and proposal preparation
• Review coverage options, pricing, and underwriting requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance

Policy Servicing & Support (EzLynx)

• Data entry and record management in EzLynx
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and general servicing requests
• Handle certificates of insurance, mortgagee updates, and driver/vehicle additions or removals
• Support renewal preparation and pending cancellation follow-up
• Support agents with documentation, follow-ups, and policy-related inquiries

Personal Lines Servicing

Auto:

• quote intake, vehicle/driver changes, ID cards, proof of insurance, payment assistance

Homeowners:

• property updates, mortgage changes, inspection coordination, renewal prep

Additional lines:

• condo, renters, umbrella, motorcycle, boat, RV, ATV

Commercial Lines Support

• Gather underwriting documentation and loss runs
• Prepare submission packages for licensed producers
• Underwriter and carrier follow-up
• COIs, additional insured requests, and endorsements

Carrier Coordination

• Communicate with insurance carriers for quotes, policy updates, and clarifications
• Navigate carrier portals to retrieve documents and submit required information

CRM & Administrative Support

• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Track policy statuses, renewals, and follow-up activities to ensure timely servicing
• Scheduling, calendar management, and email triage
• Organize insurance documents, proposals, and policy files
• Support internal teams with reporting, data entry, and workflow management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bilingual Proficiency

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
Qualification

A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable, ideally in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations

• Prior experience working in the insurance industry, personal and/or commercial lines preferred
• EzLynx proficiency preferred, or ability to be trained quickly
• Professional, warm phone manner, able to build trust with diverse clients over calls
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Reliable and proactive, able to manage follow-ups without being prompted
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and carrier portals
• Experience working with U.S. independent insurance agencies is a plus
