We are looking for a structured and dedicated International Order Manager with Spanish or French skills (m/f/d) for our team in Munich. You are a natural in coordination and want to create synergies across departments? Then take your chance and apply now!
- You are responsible for ourinternational customers and distributors from received signed contract to the successful implementation of the EGYM devices
- You independently manage the commercial and logistic handling, coordination and planning of equipment deliveries
- You work closely with your colleagues inSales andcoordinate the orders of the respective country
- You act as aninterface between customers and internal departments (Supply Chain Management, Finance and Aftersales)
- You also take over the maintenance of master data and current information in the CRM system
Your fitness level
- You have completed acommercial/technical education and have first experience in Order management, Sales or a similar field
- You have a verystructured, goal-and results-oriented way of working
- You bring a confident demeanor and convince with yourvery good communication skills
- You are extremely attentive to detail and enjoy improving and developing processes
- You have excellent English skills and a very good knowledge of Spanish or French(spoken and written)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- You are able to independently support our customers from the receipt of the contract to the successful implementation of our hardware and software solutions with regard to technical and logistical requirements
- You take over the support of orders in differentinternational markets(NA, EMEA, APAC)
- You are proficient in our CRM system Salesforceand are experienced in its daily use
- You have built up trusting relationships with your team and your stakeholders through your open nature and are appreciated for the cooperation
