Junior Finance Systems Analyst

The role requires working the late shift from 14:00 to 22:00 on approximately six designated days each month.

What the day will look like

• Supporting the LATAM, NA and EMEA teams and the wider finance community with technical support and in actively managing issues
  • Supporting the design, building, testing, training and deployment of finance systems used for account reconciliation and month end close management
  • Supporting the assessment and design of tool enhancements to drive improvements in management information and enhanced performance
  • Delivering and developing the monthly management reporting for LATAM, NA, EMEA and global clients
  • Supporting the ongoing training of new hires and new clients to the finance centres
  • Supporting the deployment training to new countries in scope
  • Liaising with all internal finance center stakeholders, wider finance teams and the IT system Project Teams

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• University degree in Finance or Accounting preferable
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Financial SSC or working in International environment
• English level: B2/C1
• Spanish level: B2/C1
• Advanced Excel (VBA will be an asset)
• Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate complex processes and technical knowledge
• Analytical thinking and problem solver attitude
