Note: In this role you will work in standard office hours.

About the Job

In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing user support primarily for Client Hardware, Windows Operating System, Retail and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
• Striving for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
• Informing proactively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary cooperating with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
• Capturing and updating requests in the corresponding ticketing system (standard change, incident or requests)
• Documenting problem solutions and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database

About you

A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Basic IT knowledge and first working experience
• Customer service and solution deliver orientation
• Friendly and professional communication towards customer
• Willingness to learn and develop within IT sector
• Fluency in English, French and Spanish (at least B2 level)
