About the Job

• Reconcile customer and transitory accounts, including cash, credit card transactions, credit notes, electronic gift cards, and advance payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by collaborating closely with Retail Stores and cross-functional Finance teams.
• Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions, proactively identifying, following up on, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform system validations and data integrity checks to ensure the accuracy of financial processes and reporting.
• Prepare and execute monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Execute and maintain internal controls to support compliance, risk mitigation, and process efficiency.
• Support external and internal audit activities by providing required documentation, analysis, and explanations related to assigned accounts and processes.

About You

• Fluent English is required; Spanish language skills are highly preferred
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, administration, or a similar area is an advantage, but not required
• Basic to intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, reconciliation analysis)
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office applications is welcome
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily work
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to dig into issues and identify solutions
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and work in a dynamic environment
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability
