Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of Spanish language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation

Job responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client's inquiries
• Deliver high-standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
