About the job:

Main Objective (Job Purpose):

• RM: Follow up of the relationship with the client.
• Preparation of investment portfolios and rebalancing of portfolios according with the client's investment profile.
• Management of administrative work.
• Obtaining documentation according to regulation.

Functions (duties and responsibilities):

• Management and development of client portfolios.
• Preparation of investment portfolios and proposals as well as their presentation to clients.
• Attendance at investment fund presentations and regular markets committees.
• Follow up of the portfolio's composition and rebalancing the portfolios.
• Sending investment tactical ideas to the clients and monitoring that they are implemented.
• Assurance of compliance with local regulations.
• Exceptional business trips previous authorization.
• Participation in testing of new application and updates - when required.
• Management of administrative work of client portfolios.
• Revision of reports (overdrafts, maturities, corporate actions, etc.).
• Orders execution and customer control (payment of orders operations, clarifications, etc.). Renewal/application of Risk operations: credit lines, loans, guarantees, credit cards.
• Commercial follow-up and special campaigns in the area of her/his portfolio.
• Management and information of corporate actions that affect her/his portfolio.
• Updating customers information.
• Management of account closure and openings.
• Administrative tasks in account opening and closing process.
• Executing transactions and carrying out follow-up's on investments.
• Processing operating instructions from clients.

Your profile:

• Master Degree in Banking or Finance or equivalent. EFPA would be an advantage.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Private Banking industry.
• Willingness and ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy.
• Combine persuasive social and problem solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high quality mind-set.
• Highly self-motivated, open-minded, quick learner.
• Excellent time management.
• Reliable team player with sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multiple priorities.
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package (especially excel).
• Fluent in Spanish and English, (other languages are a plus).
