Key Account Manager (Spanish speaking)

What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated Spanish and Italian speaking professional who thrives in working closely with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships. The role involves close collaboration with our clients, supporting networks of customers and partners in their daily use of our platform, and working across business, operations, and product-related activities. You will combine conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Your tasks

• Management and further development of our service provider network
• Management of key clients, particularly insurance companies
• Further development of platform functionalities in close collaboration with platform users
• Onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform users
• Participation in testing and quality assurance of new functionalities

Your profile

• Fluent in English and Ita lian, with native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (required)
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant degrees, or vocational training with relevant professional experience
• Ideally initial experience in provider network management (e.g., insurance, brokers or online platforms, real estate companies)
• Strong affinity for digitalization and IT
• Comfortable in working closely with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships
• Strong conceptual and implementation skills
