What you'll do

1.Market Research and User Insights

• Conduct in-depth research on local users, including user profiles, behavior patterns, pain points, needs, decision-making processes, and consumption habits.
• Collect first-hand insights through interviews, surveys, field visits, community observation, and other research methods.
• Continuously track local industry trends, competitor movements, channel changes, and user feedback.

2.Channel and Ecosystem Research

• Map local online and offline channel structures, including distributors, agents, KOLs/KOCs, communities, retail stores, platforms, and other ecosystem players.
• Identify key channel resources, partnership opportunities, and potential risks.
• Help build local market channel maps, resource databases, and ecosystem insights.

3.User Experience and Local Knowledge System Building

• Build a structured understanding of local UEX/User Experience in the target market.
• Analyze how different user groups perceive products, make purchase decisions, use products, and respond to pricing, campaigns, and channels.
• Deliver structured research reports, market maps, user insight documents, and strategic recommendations.

4.Campaign and Growth Recommendations

• Provide localized recommendations for marketing campaigns, user growth initiatives, channel cooperation, and brand communication.
• Support business teams in designing market strategies that better fit local user needs.
• Track campaign results, collect user feedback, and continuously refine recommendations.

5.Frequent Travel and Field Visits

• Conduct frequent local travel, user interviews, channel visits, and field research based on project needs.
• Engage deeply with local user groups and channel partners to obtain authentic feedback and market insights.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in the local or target market; master's degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates or early-career candidates with up to 2 years of experience are preferred.
• Strong learning ability, sharp thinking, clear logic, and ability to quickly understand complex business topics.
• Open-minded and willing to build judgments from first-hand facts rather than relying on fixed frameworks or past experience.
• Strong curiosity for new things and willingness to work on ambiguous, 0-to-1 projects.
• Strong information-gathering, interviewing, analytical, and structured communication skills.
• Ability to extract key insights from large amounts of fragmented information and turn them into clear conclusions.
• Highly self-driven and able to push tasks forward independently.
• Strong execution capability, hardworking attitude, and willingness to handle frequent travel, intensive field visits, and hands-on research.
• Excellent communication skills with users, channels, partners, and internal teams
