The Qualifications We Seek

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management
• Experience using AI tools to create content, automate workflows, and improve marketing performance
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
• Experience managing social media platforms and business accounts
• Experience supporting lead generation and online brand growth

Technical Skills

• SEO strategy and keyword research
• AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, and similar platforms)
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Social media management platforms
• Facebook Business Manager
• Content marketing
• Digital advertising knowledge (preferred)
• Basic website management (preferred)

Professional Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting a marketing agency or small business
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva
• Spanish-speaking ability (preferred but not required)

SEO & Website Optimization

• Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and marketing analytics
• Create and optimize website content, blog posts, and marketing materials

AI-Powered Marketing

• Utilize AI tools to support content creation, marketing automation, and overall productivity
• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and digital marketing innovations

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Set up and maintain social media and digital marketing accounts
• Monitor online presence and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility

Lead Generation & Brand Growth

• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen online visibility and support business growth
