Technical Requirements - Experience in enterprise networking, ISP, or large-scale MDU or hospitality infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Ruckus ICX, Ruckus SmartZone, Aruba CX/Instant On, and Aruba Central.
- Hospitality network experience (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) in Wi-Fi configuration, captive portal troubleshooting, and DPSK (Dynamic Pre-Shared Key) experience .
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
- Experience with fiber optics (SFPs, media converters, OTDR testing understanding what the graphs mean, and attenuation analysis).
- Ability to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new issues.
- Certifications such as Ruckus Certified Networking Associate (RCNA), Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA), CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to direct field engineers effectively.
