We are expanding our Operations team and seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist (Spanish Speaker) to support daily business operations, ensure smooth internal workflows, and provide administrative and operational support across departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing clients regarding order fulfillment, license renewals and needed documentation.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Organize shipments, logistics operations and everyday administrative tasks.
• Work closely with Sales, Support and other internal departments.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Management and the Sales team.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills and Professional Skills:

• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
• Experience in the IT industry (advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Languages:

• English - fluent
• Spanish - fluent
• French - advantage
