Order Entry Specialist with Spanish (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Book sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers or sales representatives
• Review and validate customer orders against quotations or contracts and process them for booking
• Close cooperation with Internal Sales to resolve price discrepancies, missing information, or material discrepancies in commercial conditions
• Implement and maintain changes in scheduling agreements and orders in alignment with end-customers, including quantity increases/decreases, postponements, or delivery date changes in scheduling agreements/ orders
• Handle delivery blocks
• Manage customer portals

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed at least a bachelor's degree
• Very good English and advanced Spanish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good Polish and German language skills as an big asset
• Knowledge of SAP SD Module (e.g. transactions VA01, VA31) desirable
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
