Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Order Management Specialist to work for our Iberia Personal Healthcare Division. You will be working in the Oral Healthcare Department focusing on sales directly to Dental Professionals. Our portfolio in the Iberia encompasses power toothbrushes, power flossing, tooth whitening and oral hygiene.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer services, ideally with existing inside / tele sales experience.

Your role:

• Building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals in order to sell Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental practices
• Managing inbound calls in order to support Philips Sales Representatives, generate new & repeat sales, maintaining business in conjunction with Territory Business Managers calls to practice
• Managing orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
• Understanding the science behind the products, usages and the market

You're the right fit if:

• You have strong communication skills and phone presence
• You are fluent in Spanish language and in English language (B2 or higher level)
• You have minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
• You are team player with ability to manage stakeholders and manage time effectively
• You have working experience with SAP (would be an advantage)
