OTC Disputes Agent with Spanish and Portuguese (Warsaw, Poland, hybrid/remote)

Location: first 1 months - hybrid; later fully remote (with office access in Warsaw, Poland)

The Job (responsibilities):

• Responsible for End-to-End Dispute process.
• Dedicated region: Spain, Portugal, Poland, Romania
• Deduction Analysis.
• Reconciliation.
• Raising dispute cases.
• Liaising with customers.
• Raising of Credit Notes.
• Dispute resolution. Contacting clients regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment; identifying the cause and take corrective actions.
• Participating in meeting with customers.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers (internal and external), and stakeholders.
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional.
• Cooperating closely with other departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service.

The Person (requirements):

• Higher Degree - Business, Finance, or Systems or related.
• Work experience in a similar role - OTC (order-to-cash) experience or related, like Finance, Accounting, cash collection.
• Analytical skills for deductions investigation.
• Reconciliation skills.
• Experience in logistic, supply chain will be a plus.
• SAP experience (knowledge of S4Hana system will be a great advantage).
• Able to work to defined processes.
• MS Excel.
• Advanced Spanish, Portuguese would be an advantage.
• Strong Polish and English.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization.
• Proactive.
• Good Time Management / Prioritization skills.
• Pro-client approach.
• Attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.
