Outside Sales Engineer

Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Actively promote and seek new opportunities to sell all products and solutions included in our portfolio.
• Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.
• Participate in customer development activities such as trade shows, fairs and conferences, aiming to promote the sales of products, solutions and services.
• Maintain and continuously develop a high level of knowledge of our products and technologies.
• Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.
• Develop and manage the network of partners and distributors for Factory Automation across Iberia, ensuring alignment with growth targets.
• Lead engagement with Key Accounts at Iberia level for Factory Automation, building long-term strategic relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to continuously refine the Factory Automation strategy for the region.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and reporting in the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to align offerings with market requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with company policies to secure profitable growth.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
• At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portuguese and English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
• Availability for local and international travel.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Spanish speaking skills will be considered a plus
