Fecha de publicación 11.06.2026

Job description

About UsHiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we've achieved consecutive double-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 5000 midsize and multinational companies.

Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.

About the role We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale HiBob's partner ecosystem across EuroWest, with a primary focus on Spain and Portugal.

Spain represents the largest opportunity within the EuroWest region and will be the primary focus of this role. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners that generate pipeline and drive new business.

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you will play a key role in expanding HiBob's presence in one of our most important growth markets, working closely with our GTM teams to create a thriving partner channel.

The ideal candidate combines strong partner development experience with a deep understanding of the Spanish business landscape and an existing network within the HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS ecosystem. You enjoy building relationships, creating new opportunities, and turning partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes.

EuroWest is a strategic growth region for HiBob, and partnerships will be a key driver of market expansion and long-term success.

Job requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes they aren't the only factor. If you don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you.

  • 4-7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or a related role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1+ required) and strong English communication skills.
  • Existing network within the Spanish business ecosystem, ideally across HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS partners.
  • Experience recruiting, activating, and growing partners that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing partner opportunities throughout the sales cycle and contributing to pipeline generation or revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from individual contributors through to executive leadership.
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans and partner enablement initiatives.
  • Comfortable building a partner portfolio from scratch in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify mutual value creation opportunities.
  • Experience in HR technology, HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related industries is a plus
  • Direct sales experience is a plus.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required

Job responsibilities

Recruit & Build
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across Spain and Portugal, including HR consultancies, advisory firms, system integrators, technology partners, and referral partners.
  • Develop and execute a partner acquisition strategy aligned to HiBob's growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Establish HiBob as a preferred HR technology partner within the regional ecosystem.
Activate & Grow
  • Enable new partners to successfully position and implement HiBob.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular business planning, training, and co-selling activities.
  • Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue against quarterly targets.
Manage & Optimise
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with our GTM teams to maximize partner success.
  • Track partner activity, pipeline, and revenue performance while continuously refining your regional partner strategy.

What success looks like

  • You build a portfolio of high-impact partners across EuroWest
  • Partners consistently generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue
  • You establish repeatable GTM motions that drive predictable partner contribution
  • Partnerships become a meaningful and growing revenue channel in the region
