We are looking for Spanish-Speaking Payroll Specialists to join our team in Gdańsk!
As a Payroll Specialist (Spanish Speaking), you will execute end-to-end payroll processing for an assigned scope of countries, acting as the key liaison between the company and third-party payroll providers. You will ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time, in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements, while leveraging AI tools and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Treasury teams.

The base compensation range varies across locations.For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 84,000 PLN - 156,000 PLN.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.

You will ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time, in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements, while leveraging AI tools and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Treasury teams.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Payroll Specialist (Spanish Speaking), you will:
- Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries, coordinating with third-party payroll providers and ensuring all inputs are submitted accurately and on time in the required formats.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with external payroll vendors, validating outputs, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and Treasury to gather, validate, and deliver payroll-related data and ensure proper general ledger alignment.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, including third-party payments and GL-related activities.
- Resolve payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support audit processes by preparing payroll data, documentation, and reports.
- Document and maintain payroll procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Payroll Specialist (Spanish Speaking) if you have the following required qualifications:
- English and Spanish fluency required.
- University or college education preferred; high school diploma required.
- Payroll experience in a multinational or regional environment.
- Experience working with third-party payroll providers and managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage deadlines independently.
