The Position

The People Support Solutions (PSS)department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

The Opportunity

As a People Support Solutions Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing HR operations team, ensuringefficient, customer-focused service delivery. Your role involvesteam leadership, workload management, coaching, and performance optimization, while continuously driving process improvements, compliance, and operational excellence.

You'll collaborate across functions and geographies to develop future service offerings, leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance HR solutions. With a proactive mindset, you'll anticipate challenges, implement strategic solutions, and foster strong employee relationships to create a seamless and engaging HR experience.

• Lead & Inspire - Manage a high-performing PSS operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and excellence.
• Empower & Develop - Coach, mentor, and support team members in career growth, skill enhancement, and performance excellence.
• Optimize & Innovate - Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Engage & Collaborate- Work closely with key stakeholders to align HR solutions with business needs, leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Create a Winning Culture- Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive team environment where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated to succeed.
• Manage Vendor Partnerships- Sustain strong relationships with external vendors, monitoring performance and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who is passionate about leading with impact, driving innovation, and creating exceptional employee experiences, this is your chance to make a difference.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Proven Leadership - 5+ years of experience in HR/shared services within a multinational environment, including 2+ years managing a team.
• HR & Tech Savvy - Strong knowledge of Workday HR processes and CRM/Request Management Software.
• Process & Performance Mindset - Experience in streamlining operations, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven decision-making.
• Matrix Organization Experience - Ability to work seamlessly across geographies, functions, and levels, leading virtual teams effectively.
