La oportunidad

As a Portugal Marketing Graduate, you will support the development and execution of marketing plans across a portfolio of brands, contributing to the implementation of innovative campaigns, product launches and consumer experiences in the Portuguese market.

You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Media, Retail and external agencies, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of marketing while developing a strong understanding of the beauty industry and the Portuguese consumer landscape.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of projects from day one, develop analytical and creative skills, and progressively assume greater responsibilities within a dynamic international environment.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Graduation date aligned with Graduate Program eligibility requirements.

Experience

• Previous internships or academic projects in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing or related areas.
• Experience within Beauty, FMCG or large international companies will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese market is considered a strong asset.

Languages

• Native Portuguese.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Advanced English (B2/C1).

Lo que harás

Marketing Plan & Brand Support

• Support the implementation of annual marketing plans and key brand initiatives.
• Contribute to the adaptation of global strategies to the Portuguese market.
• Coordinate the preparation of materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth market execution.

Media Campaigns

• Assist in the development and execution of media campaigns across TV, Digital, Social Media and OOH channels.
• Coordinate briefing and follow-up activities with media agencies and internal teams.
• Support campaign performance monitoring and reporting.

Events & Brand Activations

• Participate in the design and execution of marketing events and brand experiences.
• Support the coordination of suppliers, agencies and logistics.
• Help develop engaging initiatives that strengthen consumer experience and brand visibility.

Retail Activation & Consumer Experience

• Support the execution of in-store activations and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate materials, samples and merchandising elements for retail initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail teams in the management and training of temporary promoters during key campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of consumer engagement initiatives at the point of sale.

Business Analysis

• Monitor brand performance through sell-out, sales and key business indicators.
• Support monthly reporting and analysis activities.
• Identify insights, trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business results.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for the team.

Market Adaptation

• Support the translation and adaptation of marketing materials for the Portuguese market.
• Ensure local relevance and consistency of communication across channels.
• Act as a key point of contact for understanding local consumer needs and market dynamics.
