PR & Campaign Manager (Spanish Speaking)

We are Rise at Seven, a fast-growing, award-winning, global search-first creative agency looking for a Spanish speaking PR & Campaign Manager who can support the international Digital PR team. We are looking for someone who has done it before; from creating and managing campaigns to working directly with clients, journalists, designers and data-analysts to create award-winning campaigns that journalists want to publish. This is a role with various responsibilities, as a PR & Campaign Manager you will lead the campaign ideation, strategy, content, client communications and outreach ensuring all your campaigns achieve KPIs set.

For this role, we're looking for someone who is excellent in communications, proactive and creative.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF...

• You have experience in Digital PR or you've worked in the media before as a Journalist/Editor and have knowledge of the Spanish market.
• You know the Spanish media landscape as the back of your hand and you have already built relationships with Spanish journalists. The ideal candidate would already have, and or is growing, a black-book of media and influencer relationships in the Spanish media.
• You have the written language abilities to write stories and content the Spanish press want to cover to land press coverage and links on well-known Spanish websites. You are an expert in writing click-worthy head- and subject lines.
• You know what's trending and what's happening in the Spanish news. Not a day goes by that you haven't checked the news. You're spotting trends early on via e.g. TikTok.
• You're open to learning the technical aspects of SEO to help develop your understanding of search engines
• You want to work with global brands and want to create stories that will go viral
• You want to work with an international team of digital PR experts that celebrates success with you. You're excited about growing the international Digital PR division.
• You're a self-starter and accountable, owning the delivery of results for PR campaigns
• You spot opportunities and go above and beyond for your clients and the agency everyday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend and contribute to regular brainstorms to come up with brilliant, creative and innovative ideas for your clients
• Write briefs for the wider delivery teams and collaborate with them to ensure we're delivering best in class results
• Conduct data research and translate data into an interesting storyWrite content and press releases
• Create media lists and outreach stories to the Spanish press
• Build relationships with Spanish journalists
• Come up with a PR strategy for our Spanish clients
• Maintain a finger on the pulse to continually monitor news and proactively come up with ideas to put our clients at the centre of trending conversations with reactive newsjacking.
• Search for coverage and links
• Manage client communications; pitch ideas, ensuring the clients are up to date on progress and results by joining bi-weekly meetings and sending weekly updates by Slack.
• Deliver outstanding client service, developing detailed knowledge of your clients' businesses, competitors, and sectors to develop an overall knowledge of their PR activity and tactics
• Completing performance reports (PR and social media)
• Ensure all your clients hit their monthly KPIs ensure a high level of activity is being achieved.
