Private PA

We are looking for an exceptional Private PA / Property Manager to support an UHNW Principal and his family, with a portfolio of properties across the UK. Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese is essential for this role, as you'll liaise closely with Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking international contacts and staff, particularly regarding property and rental management. We are seeking a Private PA who takes pride in delivering first-class support to the Principal and their immediate family.

This Private PA will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple residences, ensuring a seamless, five-star standard of service across all aspects of household and personal life. This is a hands-on, fast-moving Private PA role requiring flexibility, outstanding discretion, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset. Working alongside a business EA, you will assist with all property-related administration, including sales, lettings, refurbishments and redecoration, as well as handling invoices and budgets, coordinating logistics, and providing private support to other family members.

Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese is essential, alongside exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure. The successful Private PA will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a demanding private environment. International travel may be required. Core working hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, based in the office 5 days a week, with flexibility required and some scope for flexibility when the Principal is travelling.

We appreciate every application but are unable to respond individually to everyone due to the high volumes we receive. Thank you for your understanding.
