As part of this project, your role as RTR Officer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

• Perform month end activities
• Perform reporting activities
• Performs quality check and prepares improvement plan
• Drives process improvements initiatives

• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of Spanish
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Can do attitude, proactive behavior
• General accounting skills and good analytical skills
• MS Excel, SAP working experience
• Up to 2 years of BPO experience
