Shift: Mid Shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN Manila), Weekends Off

Qualifications
Experience:
  • Possess at least 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Agent or Sales Advisor

Core Competencies:
  • Student guidance and recruitment: Strong ability to attract new students, communicate academic programs with clarity, and guide them seamlessly through the enrollment journey
  • Commercial and administrative management: Proven command of sales processes, CRM systems, enrollment tracking, non-payment reporting, and collections management
  • Student follow-up and retention: Consistent ability to deliver proactive support, resolve concerns efficiently, strengthen retention, and encourage active participation in programs
  • Institutional communication: High level of professionalism in conveying official information clearly across email, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings
  • Collaborative and cross-functional work: Demonstrated ability to work across teams, coordinate with departments, support onboarding of new advisors, and contribute process improvements
  • Results-oriented mindset: Strong focus on achieving individual and team targets through a structured, proactive, and performance-driven approach

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
  • Achieve individual, team, and company targets
  • Comply with procedures across the assigned area, team, and organization
  • Manage SDIs and leads accurately and completely in the CRM
  • Provide immediate attention to leads and new CRM entries
  • Verify applicant background, send information, and qualify applicants
  • Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and video calls
  • Manage scholarship requests in accordance with procedures
  • Guide applicants through the enrollment and payment process
  • Conduct in-person seminars in designated locations
  • Maintain updated sales templates for email and WhatsApp
  • Utilize available sales materials and tools effectively

Sales
  • Follow established sales procedures and complete required documentation
  • Upload proof of payment and attach records in the CRM
  • Ensure complete and accurate information in all records
  • Request system registration and upload student records
  • Send closing communications via email
  • Update sales and forecast tracking sheets in Excel
  • Record international seminar enrollments in the designated file
  • Send welcome email or WhatsApp with onboarding information
  • Maintain control and monitoring of pre-enrolled students

Post-Sales
  • Generate and manage weekly non-payment reports
  • Handle withdrawals and process re-enrollments
  • Execute referral information and incentive campaigns
  • Upload student continuation records accurately
  • Address student requests and resolve issues related to certificates, invoices, diplomas, platforms, and tutors
  • Manage international seminar participants, including date confirmation and attendance tracking
  • Process additional fees such as degree rights, extra tutoring, re-enrollment, photos, and second defense
  • Log all interactions and actions in the CRM
  • Send payment reminders to students
  • Respond to administration emails regarding missed payments
  • Handle and respond to document management-related emails
