Sales Manager, Gallery Partnerships (London)

Fecha de publicación 06.04.2026

Artsy is looking for a French or Spanish speaking Sales Representative who will engage with Galleries across the EMEA region, educating and consulting them on their online presence and digital strategy, and ultimately winning new business for Artsy.

This role is a part of our New Business Team, responsible for growing our marketplace supply by bringing new galleries onto Artsy's platform. This is a target-oriented team where your contributions have a direct impact on Artsy's bottom line.

In this quota-carrying sales position, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, pitching Artsy's value proposition to Galleries and driving subscription revenue. You will focus on selling to emerging and Blue-Chip Galleries, requiring art industry expertise and a deep understanding of gallery sales motions and operations.

Working on the New Business Team provides a unique opportunity to expand Artsy's global gallery network, supporting our goals of expanding the art market to support more artists and art in the world.

This is a hybrid role with office attendance required three days per week.

What You'll Do at Artsy:
  • Drive business development efforts by devising, implementing and conducting effective lead generation strategies, engaging with high-value prospects
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets for new gallery acquisitions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, while maintaining a strong focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with key prospects
  • Build and oversee a robust sales pipeline, utilizing Salesforce and Outreach, and ensure high conversion rates for both inbound and outbound leads
  • Demonstrate expertise in objection handling, effectively addressing client concerns and positioning Artsy as the premier solution for their needs
  • Cultivate trust and credibility through timely and personalized follow-up, fostering strong and enduring partnerships with prospects
  • Collaborating with the Sales Development Associate to strategize on which markets to target based on events, art happenings and seasonality
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to increase process efficiency and provide better solutions to partners

This role is a fit for you if:
  • You are currently authorized to live and work in the UK
  • Can work three days per week in our London office
  • You are fluent in French and/or Spanish
  • ~5 years of art industry experience in a revenue driving, client acquisition/retention, or account management role
  • You have direct knowledge and understanding of Gallery sales motions
  • You are a consultative sales professional who prioritizes understanding and meeting customer needs in every interaction
  • You are solutions-focused and a creative problem solver, with strong negotiation skills
  • You are highly organized and able to manage sales pipeline efficiently and effectively; strong time management skills
  • You are an effective verbal and written communicator with the ability to effectively engage with VIP clients
  • Metrics-driven and highly results-oriented
  • Affinity for and interest in using AI and automation tools

This role is unlikely to be a good match if you....
  • You are not comfortable with sales, pitching, and negotiating
  • Prefer to work outside of a team setting
  • Are not interested in a target-heavy role
  • Are not interested in art or the art market

We know no one is a perfect match on paper, so if you're passionate about this role, please apply! We're excited to learn how your skills, experiences, and insights could make a difference.

What We Offer:
  • Opportunity to reimagine the art industry while working with a talented, diverse, international team.
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Flexible time off: our culture of trust and empowerment allows employees to take the time they need away from work while still excelling in their roles
  • We are a global hybrid team: most employees work from our NYC, London, or Berlin offices 2-3 days per week. (In-person expectations vary by role)
  • Private healthcare & benefit options, including: medical, dental, enhanced parental leave, Pension Plan, life assurance, Employee Assistance Programme featuring free mental health support, physio, and more
  • Professional development, including: mentoring, lunch & learns, regular training, 1:1 management, and an open feedback culture
  • Engaging opportunities and internal programming globally, to foster new relationships and build upon our collaborative community. Including: happy hours, holiday parties, global "All Hands" meetings, "Artsy Salon" (a yearly exhibition of our team's creativity), attendance to art world events, and more

The base salary range for this role is £38,000-48,000 annually. In addition, you will be eligible for the company's commission plan, with an annual VC opportunity of $30,000.

All compensation packages include meaningful Artsy equity and competitive health benefits. Please see our "What We Offer" above for more detail, or speak to our Talent Acquisition Team to learn more!

Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.

Please note that we do not accept applications sent by email. You should submit your application directly through our careers website!
