As a Sales Specialist Unified, you focus on helping customers in Spain unlock the full value of Microsoft's Unified support and services portfolio. You work at the intersection of technology and business, partnering with account teams, engineering, and delivery to shape services strategies that keep customers' most critical cloud workloads running securely and reliably. You collaborate closely with senior technology leaders across Spain's largest enterprises to shape multi-year agreements that improve resilience, accelerate innovation, and sustain long-term partnerships.

In this role, you lead conversations that connect customers' cloud, security, and artificial intelligence priorities with the right Unified services, ensuring they can adopt and scale Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and artificial intelligence solutions with confidence. You bring deep portfolio expertise into complex opportunities, design services proposals that stand up to executive scrutiny, and keep the focus on long-term value rather than single transactions. By doing so, you help customers move beyond deployment to measurable outcomes in reliability, security, and operational excellence-making this role central to how organizations in Spain realize value from their Microsoft investments and advance their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with customer stakeholders and decision makers to identify, qualify, prioritize, and accelerate services sales opportunities aligned to their business and technology priorities.Evaluate the solution area and market to develop insights and sales strategies that align Unified offerings to customer outcomes, using data and insights to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.Partner across internal teams to design and position solutions that enable cloud and artificial intelligence-driven transformations for new and existing customers, clearly differentiating Microsoft's value.Engage in regular sales pipeline reviews with internal stakeholders to drive forecasting accuracy, maintain pipeline hygiene, and ensure progress toward sales and consumption targets.Drive customer engagement by translating feedback into action plans, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and orchestrating partner and internal resources to support co-selling and successful delivery.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND several years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
• This role requires professional fluency in Spanish and English, as you will engage daily with customers and stakeholders across the Spanish market."

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years solution or services sales experience.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
