Overview

Flare has built something that works - over 85,000 clients and 600+ experienced attorneys, all on a platform that makes legal care accessible, transparent, and fast. Through Marble, the largest top-rated family and immigration law firm in the United States, we serve clients across family law and immigration in 10 states.

What we need to build next is the infrastructure that gets us in front of people before they know they need us: the organic surfaces, the conversion flows, and the product loops that turn a midnight Google search into a Marble client, and a Marble client into a referral. That's what this role is for.

As Senior Growth PMM, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing's demand insight and product's build capacity - owning the full pre-client conversion journey from first consideration through the product-led growth motions that make Marble self-sustaining. You'll make growth infrastructure actually happen by selling the vision internally, writing specs engineering can act on, and getting things shipped in sync with marketing demand goals.

This is not a role where the roadmap is handed to you. You'll have significant ownership over where Marble invests its growth energy - identifying the opportunities, setting the priorities, and driving the work to capture them.

A Week In This Role

We like to collaborate and move fast, driven by impact. Here's what a typical week could look like:

  • Digging into last week's funnel data and finding a step where a small fix could lift conversion by 15% - then deciding if it's worth building now or after something bigger
  • Walking into a room with product leadership and walking out with sign-off on the Spanish-language funnel you sized and built the case for
  • Speaking to a new partner to brainstorm ways to improve audience conversion, leveraging best-in-class CRM
  • Conduct an interview with a client who almost went with a competitor, figuring out the one thing in the funnel that almost lost them
  • Watching a tool you shipped six weeks ago start generating leads on its own, and deciding what to build next with that momentum

What You Will Do

Opportunity Identification

You'll own the growth roadmap - what's on it, how it's sequenced, and why to bring the best legal care to the masses. That means identifying where Marble's highest-leverage acquisition opportunities are, whether that's an underserved audience, an untapped channel, or a product surface that doesn't exist yet. You'll bring together market research, competitive intelligence, and consumer insight to build a prioritized set of bets and make the case for pursuing them. A concrete illustrative example: identifying and sizing the US Spanish-speaking market as a significant untapped opportunity, and building the strategic case to go after it.

Sell the Vision

Growth infrastructure only happens when product and engineering believe it's worth building. You'll build the business case for each initiative you identify - OKR alignment, expected impact on lead volume and closed won, build effort, time to impact - and present it in a way that earns trust across functions.

Get It Build

You turn the opportunity into something Product and Engineering can act on without back-and-forth: clear requirements, briefed teams, a seat in sprint planning, and a front row seat to the impact scaling.

How We Will Measure Success

Primary KPI: number of new clients closed per month. Everything this role ships should be traceable back to that number.

Supporting metrics:
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - ensuring growth is profitable, not just volumetric
• Organic lead volume from tools and surfaces you've shipped
• Velocity from approved brief to live in production
• PLG engagement - tool usage, referral loop conversion

Requirements

• 7+ years of growth marketing experience in a B2C or marketplace context, with a track record of shipping things that moved the number - not just launching them
You spot opportunities others miss. You're comfortable running consumer and market research, synthesizing competitive intelligence, and translating what you find into a prioritized growth roadmap with a clear business case behind each bet
You speak both languages. Marketing trusts you because you understand CPL, conversion rate, and what it means when a funnel leaks at 40%. Product and engineering trust you because your specs are clean, your priorities are defensible, and you don't waste their time
You're a strong internal influencer. You know that the best spec in the world goes nowhere if the broader team isn't bought into the opportunity. You're comfortable presenting trade-offs and advocating for the right sequencing even when it's not the path of least resistance
Experience with multi-audience or multi-market growth - whether by language, geography, or persona-based segmentation
You want to build the function. This role comes with significant autonomy to define what growth at Marble looks like - and the expectation that you'll use it

What This Role Is Not

To set clear expectations:

• Paid channel campaign management - our acquisition managers own campaign execution across Search, Social, and LSA

• CRM and lifecycle communication - our CRM team owns post-intake nurture; this role coordinates closely on referral loops

• SEO content writing - our content team writes; this role builds the tools and surfaces that support our organic growth goals

• Product platform ownership - this role plays a big role in informing our product design and focus; Our Product Managers own and oversee our products
