You will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for our Spanish market as Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)*. You will focus on the target group, identify user touchpoints, suitable bidding strategies and optimized tracking. You will compare and evaluate campaigns and various channels (paid search, paid social). If you have a passion for this, then you've come to the right place!

Tasks that let you grow

• Strategic responsibility for our Performance Marketing in the Spanish market
• Conception, planning, control & optimization of campaigns
• Performance analysis of your campaigns & identification of new growth opportunities
• Test and iterate different campaign types and channels to find the best multi-channel mix
• Use keyword research & A/B testing with the aim of maximum profitability and high conversion rates

Your profile that inspires us

• Extensive professional experience in Performance Marketing, at least 5 years of experience in SEA
• Sound knowledge of conversion goals (definition & implementation), offline conversion tracking, bid management & campaign management
• Know-how in dealing with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Excel & ideally Tableau
• Application experience of various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience with the lead generation business model - with a B2C focus
• Very good communication skills - in Spanish (native) and English, German is a plus
