About Us and the Role
Warwickshire County Council's Adult and Community Learning (ACL) service is a dynamic and forward-thinking provider of adult education, rated 'Good' by Ofsted. We offer a broad range of courses across community venues throughout Warwickshire, supporting adults to develop their skills, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
We are currently seeking Adult Learning Spanish Tutors to join our First Steps curriculum. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and adaptable tutors to engage and inspire adult learners in a variety of learning environments. We currently have a particular need for provision in North Warwickshire, Bedworth, and Nuneaton, we would also welcome applications from candidates who are able to support delivery across the wider area.
Our courses are delivered both online and in person, with sessions available during daytime and evening hours. Classes typically run for two hours per week over a ten-week term, offering flexibility to accommodate a range of professional and personal commitments.
About the Role
This is a term-time only, hourly-paid position, offering flexibility in working patterns.
Pay: £18.35 per hour (£21.10 plus annual leave payment), plus 1 hour paid preparation and marking time for every 2 hours of teaching.

- Support learner progress through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
- Work across one or more community venues in North Warwickshire
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
