Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon/Porto, Portugal
Work model: 100% On-site
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: 945€ gross per month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users
- Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications
- Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources
- Arbitrate between users when needed
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively
REQUIREMENTS:
- Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level
- High school diploma
- Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
- EU citizenship
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto
- Available for on-site work on rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation
OFFER:
- Performance bonus based on KPIs, applicable from the 4th month

- * Performance bonus of up to €120 based on KPIs, applicable from the 4th month
* Meal allowance of €8.50 per worked day, paid with salary

* Christmas and Holiday bonuses, each equal to one month's base salary
* Health insurance plan after 6 months on contract - * Relocation support for EU citizens, including travel ticket reimbursement of up to €200 (reimbursed after 3 months on receipt)
* Accommodation support of €360 per month for 3 months, plus assistance with temporary and permanent accommodation
