• Resolve customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible by leveraging training, internal knowledge bases, and available documentation.
• Accurately document and track customer cases in internal systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, IT, or a similar role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish with outstanding communication skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent listening skills.
