About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Language Specialist / Translator with native or advanced proficiency in Spanish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, enabling effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders. This role is crucial for ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance in all business communications and customer-facing content.

What You'll Do:

• Translate, review, and localize business documents, communications, and customer-facing content from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Serve as a language liaison between Spanish-speaking users and business teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality in translation and localization.
• Support the creation of multilingual training materials, presentations, and other resources as needed.
• Participate in meetings and discussions, providing real-time translation and support for Spanish-speaking participants.
• Utilize translation and localization tools/software to enhance efficiency and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content is culturally relevant and aligned with business objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in translation and localization, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• You will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders, making you an invaluable asset to our organization.
• Native or advanced proficiency in Spanish, with a clear definition of advanced proficiency being the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both written and spoken forms.
• Fluency in English for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Proven experience in translation and localization, with a strong focus on business communications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with translation and localization tools/software.
• Prior experience in customer support or Business Operations.
• Exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma domains.
• Spanish language certification (DELE/SIELE or equivalent).
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
