The Job in a Nutshell

In this role, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations safe and compliant. You'll assist the AML Manager with daily AML tasks, monitor player activity, verify customer information, support reporting, and help improve AML tools and processes alongside IT and Product teams. This is a shift-based role, mainly in the evenings, with some weekends and public holidays. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work makes a real impact, this is the role for you.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role
  • Monitoring user activity through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, identifying potential AML concerns, and taking appropriate action in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Researching customers using online tools and contacting them to collect and verify source of wealth information or documents
  • Handling AML-related communication.
  • Reviewing and analyzing AML compliance documentation to ensure alignment with local licensing requirements and internal standards.
  • Supporting AML-related meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with data requests from regulators.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to test new AML features, suggest improvements, and help implement process and tool enhancements.
  • Taking ownership of critical issues as they arise and raising concerns about potential AML risks to the business.
  • Working primarily evening shifts, with some weekends and public holidays included.

You're good at
  • You have 1-3 years of iGaming experience in responsible gaming, AML or risk & fraud, with hands-on experience monitoring user activity, verifying customer information, and supporting compliance reporting.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort using online research tools and reporting systems.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish, and proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are well organized, and proactive. You can handle stress, multitask, and work independently while paying close attention to detail.
  • You can manage periods of increased workload, meet deadlines, and remain flexible as business needs evolve.
  • You are motivated to contribute ideas for improving AML processes and collaborate effectively with IT, Product, and Services teams.
