Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking B2B clients, delivering professional, solutions-oriented customer support across all communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role - all B2B client communication will be conducted in Spanish.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for employment eligibility).
• A strong background in customer support services, B2B client relations, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with business clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms or customer support ticketing systems.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multicultural team.
