Position: Content Moderator - Spanish & English
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Compensation: €1,330 Gross monthly for Full-Time (Distributed every 4 weeks; Part-Time pro-rated)
About the Role
Become a key part of our Sofia team as a Content Moderator. You will be instrumental in creating a safer online space by evaluating, reviewing, and moderating user-submitted content and digital advertising in Spanish to enforce platform guidelines and safety rules.
Content Sensitivity Warning: This position requires analyzing user posts and commercials that regularly contain explicit imagery, video, or text involving sensitive subjects such as violence. Candidates must possess emotional strength and maintain healthy self-care practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, review, and evaluate submitted user posts and digital ads in real time.
- Strictly enforce client safety policies by identifying and removing unsuitable material, including graphic or violent media.
- Consistently meet operational targets for precision, speed, and overall quality.
- Engage in health initiatives, regular check-ins, and team debriefings to support mental health and personal resilience.
- Work alongside quality assurance team members and managers to ensure uniform enforcement of safety policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Abilities: Fluent or C1/C2 mastery of Spanish, along with solid professional command of English (B2+ level or above).
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work Full-Time or Part-Time hours within a 24/7 rotational schedule (covering weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts).
- Location: Entirely on-site at our office in Sofia.
- Emotional Resilience: Ability to handle demanding, high-impact media while keeping a composed, objective, and professional stance.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to make rapid, accurate choices in a dynamic environment.
