Spanish-speaking Content Moderator

Our client, a leading multinational BPO company, is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Content Moderator to join their growing team in Moschato, Athens. This is a full-time, on-site role, with a steady Monday to Friday schedule (10:00-18:00) - perfect for those looking for work-life balance in a structured environment.
What You'll Be Doing:

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in protecting the platform's community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the company's community guidelines and policies.
• Identifying and escalating content that violates terms of service, including harmful or inappropriate material.
• Helping create a safe, respectful, and engaging user experience.

Requirements

• Native or near to native Spanish language (C1- C2).

• Very good command of English language (B2).
• Good MS Office skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
