Are you a fluent Spanish speaker living in Lisbon looking for a stable schedule with no weekend work? We are looking for customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team in central Lisbon.In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers on behalf of a leading global fashion brand, providing high-quality support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

• Customer Assistance: Address inbound requests from Spanish-speaking clients through telephone, live chat, or email while maintaining an empathetic and professional demeanor.
• Problem Resolution: Assist clients with order tracking, product questions, billing concerns, shipment updates, product exchanges, and returns in a timely manner.
• Service Standards: Offer customized, proactive assistance that consistently aligns with quality standards and project KPIs.
• Data Management: Thoroughly document every client interaction, ticket progression, and relevant case notes within our internal CRM system.
• Teamwork: Cooperate with team managers and peers to refine customer service workflows and cultivate a constructive work environment.

Candidate Profile & Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or advanced C1/C2 Spanish fluency (both spoken and written). Functional command of English is a plus.
• Mandatory Legal Documentation: Applicants must already be living in Portugal and hold all three mandatory official items:

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal traits, active listening capabilities, and effective troubleshooting skills.
• Tech Literacy: Adept at navigating standard digital tools and capable of mastering new CRM software quickly.
• Reliability: Dependable, well-organized, and dedicated to regular attendance alongside high service standards.

Contract Options, Schedules & Compensation (Paid over 14 Months)

Following Portuguese labor regulations, total annual compensation is distributed across 14 installments (12 standard monthly checks plus extra holiday and Christmas bonuses). We provide three distinct schedule options to match your lifestyle:

1. Full-Time (40 Hours / Week)
   
   
   • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (incorporates a 60-minute meal break)
   • Base Salary: €950 / month across 14 payments (Annual Base: €13,300)
   • Monthly Performance Bonus: Eligible for up to €150 / month
2. Part-Time (20 Hours / Week)
   
   
   • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 13:00
   • Base Salary: €475 / month across 14 payments (Annual Base: €6,650)
   • Incentives: Project-based performance bonuses apply
3. Part-Time (30 Hours / Week)
   
   
   • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 16:00 (incorporates a 60-minute lunch break)
   • Base Salary: €712.50 to €760 / month across 14 payments (Annual Base: €9,975 to €10,640)
   • Incentives: Project-based performance bonuses apply
