Are you a fluent Spanish speaker living in Lisbon looking for a stable schedule with no weekend work? We are looking for customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team in central Lisbon. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers on behalf of a leading global fashion brand, providing high-quality support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

• Customer Assistance: Manage incoming service requests from Spanish-speaking clients through phone call, live chat, or email channels with a courteous and understanding approach.
• Problem Resolution: Aid consumers with order management, product queries, payment discrepancies, shipment tracking, product replacements, and return processing.
• Service Standards: Deliver personalized and active service that fulfills internal quality metrics and team objectives.
• Data Management: Accurately input details of every client interaction, ticket status, and relevant notes into our internal CRM database.
• Teamwork: Collaborate actively with supervisors and teammates to continuously elevate service quality and maintain a positive working atmosphere.

Candidate Profile & Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native-level or C1/C2 fluent Spanish (both written and spoken). Good working knowledge of English is an additional advantage.
• Mandatory Legal Documentation: Applicants must be residing in Portugal at the time of application and possess all three essential documents:

• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal capabilities, strong active listening, and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Tech Literacy: Well-versed in general computer software with the agility to master new CRM applications rapidly.
• Reliability: Timely, dependable, and fully devoted to consistent attendance and superior service delivery.

Contract Options, Schedules & Compensation (Paid over 14 Months)Pursuant to Portuguese employment regulations, annual pay is divided into 14 payouts per year (12 monthly wages plus additional holiday and Christmas payments). We present three distinct schedule options:

• Full-Time (40 Hours / Week)
  
  
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Includes 1 hour for meal break)
  • Base Salary: €950 / month for 14 payments (Annual Base Salary: €13,300)
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €150 / month performance incentive
• Part-Time (20 Hours / Week)
  
  
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 13:00
  • Base Salary: €475 / month for 14 payments (Annual Base Salary: €6,650)
  • Incentives: Subject to project performance bonus structures
• Part-Time (30 Hours / Week)
  
  
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:00 (Includes 1 hour for lunch break)
  • Base Salary: €712.50 to €760 / month for 14 payments (Annual Base Salary: €9,975 to €10,640)
  • Incentives: Subject to project performance bonus structures
