JOB PURPOSE:
The Deployment Project Coordinator is part of a team responsible for ordering printers and managing the transition of existing devices for both new and existing customers across Spanish-speaking locations. In this role, you will work closely with various Lexmark teams and external logistics partners to place hardware orders and monitor deliveries in accordance with project timelines.
You may also interact with customer stakeholders and installation technicians to coordinate deliveries, installations, returns, and disposal activities, while gathering device and installation-related information as needed.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Deployment Project Coordinator is part of a team responsible for ordering printers and managing the transition of existing devices for both new and existing customers across Spanish-speaking locations. In this role, you will work closely with various Lexmark teams and external logistics partners to place hardware orders and monitor deliveries in accordance with project timelines.
You may also interact with customer stakeholders and installation technicians to coordinate deliveries, installations, returns, and disposal activities, while gathering device and installation-related information as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of MPS customer implementations
- Manage Siebel Service Requests, project exceptions, and order-to-invoice activities
- Coordinate hardware orders, deliveries, returns, pickups, and device disposal in line with project timelines
- Collaborate with customers, supply chain teams, logistics providers, disposal vendors, and installation partners to ensure smooth implementation and resolve issues in the local language
- Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve inventory discrepancies, project risks, and operational challenges
- Provide timely project updates and reporting on progress, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Support the onboarding and training of new Project Managers and Project Coordinators
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Order Management, Logistics, or Hardware Deployment
- Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain functions
- Proven ability to coordinate project activities and stakeholders
- Experience working with Spanish-speaking customers
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Fluency in Business English and Spanish
- Strong Excel expertise, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Excellent data reconciliation and reporting skills
- Experience with SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, particularly in Spanish
- Flexible team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse and international teams
- Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
