Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support and customer service to Spanish-speaking end-users of iRobot consumer electronics products, including robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home devices, via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot devices, guiding customers through step-by-step resolution processes in a clear and professional manner.

• Stay continuously up to date with the latest iRobot product releases, firmware changes, and consumer electronics industry developments through ongoing training and internal knowledge resources.
• Contribute proactively to team knowledge bases, FAQ documents, and internal support guides to improve the overall efficiency of the consumer electronics support operation.
• Consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling times within a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role - all customer interactions will be conducted in Spanish.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• A strong interest in consumer electronics, smart home technology, robotics, or related technical fields is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a customer support, technical helpdesk, or consumer electronics service environment is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
• Solid computer literacy, including confidence navigating CRM platforms, support ticketing tools, and standard office applications.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
