Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, support, and service requests via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up as necessary in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, company offerings, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or other languages is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation costs will be covered.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
