We're on the hunt for a Order to Invoice Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a key role in supporting international retail projects from quotation all the way through to final delivery and payment.

What you'll do

• Order Management: Manage the full order lifecycle in SAP, from order entry to completion, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
• Product Configuration: Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information
• Quotation & Pricing Support: Assist in pricing processes and support accurate cost calculations using internal systems
• Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and complete documentation for quotations and orders. Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for future reference.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in order management, back office, or administrative roles
• Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong Spanish & English skills.
• Open, proactive personality with willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
