Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with vehicle rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide expert advice on available vehicle options, rental packages, insurance coverage, and tourism-related add-ons tailored to travellers' needs
• Process reservations and customer data accurately using internal booking and fleet management systems
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as GPS navigation, child seats, travel insurance, and extended rental agreements to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
• Coordinate closely with airport transfer teams, tourism partners, and fleet management staff to guarantee smooth and timely vehicle handovers
• Stay up to date with local tourism attractions, travel routes, and destination knowledge in order to enrich the customer experience
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to a culture of service excellence within the tourism sector

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement)
• A strong customer service mindset with previous experience in tourism, hospitality, car rental, travel, or a related customer-facing industry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools; experience with booking or fleet management platforms is an advantage
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences to travellers and tourists
