Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase.
- Product Configuration: Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information.
- Engage with DIA customer, ensure seamless communication with installation technicians.
- Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues.
- Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers.
- Shipping Process: Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues.
- Return process: Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of proven and relevant working experience in Order Management, Master Data, or in any other field that can considered to be relevant
- Proficiency in MS Excel and in SAP
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Open personality with a strong desire to learn
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
