Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Spanish Speaking Support Center Agent to join our dedicated team! In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include answering client calls, responding to emails, and managing support tickets, all while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities - Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding our products and services
- Document and track client interactions and issues in our support system
- Collaborate with other teams to provide timely resolutions to client concerns
- Educate clients about product features and best practices
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our support processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
Requirements - Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
