Spanish Teacher - Good School - Tamworth

MFL ECT | September

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated MFL ECT to join a reputable secondary school in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across KS3, KS4 and KS5 (optional). Aside from that, the successful MFL ECT will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

MFL ECT Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire secondary students to reach their full potential
• Monitor and assess students' progress and keep regular records of secondary students' academic performance
• Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
• Collaborate with school management, teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for Secondary students
• Prepare and participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children
• Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment

MFL ECT Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent
• Degree in relative field - A Subject of Specialism
• A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
• A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.

MFL ECT Salary

The salary for this MFL ECT position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within the National pay scale.
