Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured Spanish lessons that cater to the needs of students at different levels and abilities
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that inspire students to develop their language skills
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive curriculum plans
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and performance
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational techniques and apply them in the classroom

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish or a related field
• Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS) and relevant teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, culture, and literature
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Friendly, approachable, and adaptable personality
• Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to integrate it into teaching practices
